The rooms at Suisse Chalet were cozy and charming, with a mix of modern and traditional vibes that made me feel right at home. I loved having a balcony to take in the beautiful views. The lounge room with cable TV and DVD player was a nice touch too. And the private bathroom with a shower was clean and practical.
Personally, I found one feature slightly less appealing, which was the private bathrooms. However, I understand that others might still enjoy them.

Convenient Location: Situated just a hop, skip, and a jump away from the main chair lift, this charming B&B is perfect for avid skiers and mountain enthusiasts. You'll be hitting the slopes in no time!
Check-in Communication: The lack of clarity regarding the check-in process was a slight inconvenience. A heads up about the self-service check-in via email before arrival would have saved me from a bit of unnecessary hassle.

We had free access to over 50 activities in the region, which kept our children entertained all day. They loved skiing and cycling in the beautiful surroundings. , we were pleasantly surprised to find that the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, making it easy for us to stay connected and share our experiences with friends and family.
For dads, it would be great if there were more family-friendly dining options available nearby.

The smell of freshly baked bread every morning was a delight to wake up to during our Christmas stay. The staff were kind and provided us with helpful recommendations for activities during our trip. The room was clean and spacious enough for our needs. the location provided easy access to the main ski lift and other key attractions in the area.
We did have a few negative experiences during our stay. The heating in the room was locked at a low temperature, which made for chilly nights.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel facilities were great; we had access to free wifi and were offered a discount due to a mistake made upon our arrival. The hotel's location was perfect for us as we wanted to visit a nearby SPA facility. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant, even allowing us to leave our belongings at the hotel after we checked out so we could go hiking. The breakfast was definitely a highlight of our stay, with a wide variety of fresh bread, cheese, eggs, fruits and other options.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

We stayed in this small hotel for one night and had a lovely experience. the entrance is secured with a keycode, which made checking in a breeze. Our room was clean and cozy, with comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. In the morning, we enjoyed a continental breakfast that had fresh-baked goods and good brewed coffee. the location was perfect, with plenty of parking and walking distance to town restaurants and shops. the staff was friendly and helpful, and there was even an electric jug for making tea or coffee in the lobby.

Loved the free breakfast with a view, perfect for fueling my hiking adventures. The cozy terrace and garden were a nice touch. Free wifi was a bonus!
The ancient blankets were a real treat, just like sleeping on a cloud! The flickering bedside lights added a thrilling element to my stay.
